Our products


Sourdough is used for kneading the bread and then baked in an old wood-burning oven. In addition to the classic white bread, you can also taste the one made with pumpkin, chestnut flour, farro flour and the most popular, the one with five grains.
We breed beef, pork and courtyard animal meats.
We produce raw salami, cooked salami, coppa (air-cured pork meat) and bacon. Our meat is processed in our laboratory.
Our vegetable garden provides us with fresh seasonal vegetables and our fruit trees provide us with juicy fruits with which we produce jams. We obtain a wonderful tomato sauce with our garden tomatoes.

What distinguishes Varzi’s true braised meat ravioli from the others is that the meat filling must be cooked just like the sauce. Once the sauce is cooked in wine, it must be chopped with a mezzaluna knife. We prepare fresh pasta daily such as lasagna, gnocchi, malfatti and troccoli as well as various types of filled pasta. One of our typical dishes is traditional braised meat ravioli.

Our cakes, cookies and salami can be sold to customers and at the Coldiretti Campagna Amica street markets.
We also prepare and sell beautiful gift baskets to be given as gifts to family and friends during the Christmas season.
